Automation / Lehr stacker

This new Four Axis Servo Stacker (FAST 25) has been designed to fulfill the requirements of the modern high speed forming machines in the container glass industry. The stacker has not only been designed for high cycle speeds, but also for specialty productions, such as extremely unstable ware handling.

The stacker concept is based on a combination of rotational movements which enable the creation of the stacking motion. Due to its very low mass in motion, it may be operated at up to 25 cycles per minute.

During the design of the stacker, also the easy operation has been focused. With its Auto Setup Function, most of the synchronization is executed by the control system itself.

Repeatable motions and minimal service requirements highlight this stacker from its competitors.
