Automation / Lehr stacker

This pusher is a structure installed on the loading table of the decor furnace and designed for quantities up to 200 pieces.

The forward and lifting movements are performed with two separately operating drives. Depending on the design and the necessity, a frame can be equipped with one or two slide-in mechanics, nevertheless only one PLC control is necessary.

Synchronization is done directly from the press or from the infeed belt.
